When necessary, Terminal’s technicians will travel to our customers' offices. Some problems, like the following, cannot be solved remotely:
- Hardware failures
- Printer failures
- Power issues
- Adding devices to network
For customers subscribed to Terminal’s managed services plan, site visits do not incur any additional costs and fees. All troubleshooting, whether remote or on-site, is covered under the flat-rate plan.
